Prescription delivery to your door
Step 1:
You will receive a text message and email with a secure payment link once the pharmacy has received your prescription
Step 2:
Once your prescription is paid for, we will process your order
Step 3:
We will deliver your order to you within 1 hour for inner London, 2 hours for Greater London & within 24 hours for the rest of mainland UK*
Step 4:
You will receive a 4-digit delivery confirmation code via text – you will be asked for this upon delivery
1 hour delivery
2 hours delivery
Mainland UK delivery: <24 hours
Northern Island delivery: 48 hours
*Delivery outside of London: our cut off for next day delivery is 18:00 Mon-Sun. Any prescription order payments after this time will be fulfilled by the pharmacy the following day and take an extra working day to arrive.
London Delivery: within 2 hours, 09:00-18:00 Mon-Sun.

• The amount charged for the prescription consists of:
Cost of the medications prescribed + pharmacist dispensing fee + £2.50 delivery fee

• We deliver your prescription in plain & tamper-proof packaging. If there are any visible signs of damage or tampering to the external packaging, please do not accept delivery and immediately contact us.
• Patient safety is our highest priority, so we will not be able to hand over medication without receiving a delivery confirmation code from you in-person. We can alternatively accept any form of valid ID providing the named individual matches the addressee details on the prescription order.

Certain medications can at times be very scarce, so will take us a bit more time to source. This isn’t a frequent occurrence but when it is the case the pharmacy will let you know the exact number of hours delay. The pharmacy then get to work and move mountains to source your medication & in the meantime, we will always try to reach out personally, ensuring you’re kept fully in the loop!
