We partner with local Pharmacies and show all the awesome health & beauty products they have available through our app. When you place an order, the Pharmacy will pack it up for you, and then one of our delivery drivers will collectthe sealed bag from the Pharmacy (so your items are kept private and secure), and then get to you as fast as they can using their own app to track the location you’ve entered.

Our riders all use eco-friendly bikes or e-mopeds to deliver your products. We can deliver to any address UK-wide, so feel free to add home / office addresses and order to your heart’s content!

Download the Healistic app on the iOS Store or Google Play Store, and you’ll be prompted to enter your postcode in order to browse our products. When you add items to your basket & go to the checkout screen, you’ll be encouraged to create an account if you haven’t done so already.

Don’t worry if you close the app when you’ve added things to your basket - your items will be saved when you next open it up!

Yes, we charge £2.50 per delivery for prescription orders and £4.50 for orders via our app, which helps us to pay riders above the living wage for the region they are working in.

Yes, any GP can utilise the Healistic e-prescriber web interface as long as they have been onboarded onto our platform.

Once onboarded, they can issue an e-prescription during an in-person consultation within just a couple of clicks. After which, we will then fulfil the prescription order to get it delivered to the patient as quickly as possible.
