As long as you place an order during Pharmacy opening hours and live in inner London, yes! For wider London areas we typically deliver within 2 hours. For wider UK delivery, your delivery will be within 24 hours. Our Pharmacy partners get your items checked & packed up as quickly as they can, and our riders work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. You can check how your order is progressing through the app.

Your local Pharmacy hours will vary so please check our app for the most up to date information for you locally.

You can place an order on our app 24 /7, and if you’re outside opening hours, the order will be processed by the Pharmacy first thing the next working morning!

  • How can I resolve a problem I'm having?

    We’re very sorry to hear that something went wrong, and will do everything we can to fix this!

    Please contact our customer support team via the live chat feature in our app (found under Profile > Live Support), or fill in the contact form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

    If you have a specific issue with an order, you can also talk to one of our team via the ‘Help’ or ‘Report an Issue’ buttons within the ‘My Orders’ section

  • Do you charge for delivery on the app?

    Yes, we charge £4.50 for orders via our app, which helps us to pay riders above the living wage for the region they are working in.

  • How can I see when my order will arrive?

    You can view the estimated arrival time as soon as you place your order, in the order overview. Once our rider has picked up the order from your local Pharmacy and is on their way to you, you can track their location on the interactive map.

  • Can I contact the rider during the delivery?

    Yes, you can call your rider as soon as they have picked up your order to ask any questions regarding your delivery or give them any instructions you might have missed off which will help them find your address.

    Click on the order details in your app (via the ‘My Orders’ section), or via the floating Fox icon. The rider’s name and number will show in purple.

    Please bear in mind it may not be safe to answer a call if they’re riding to you, but they will get back in touch as soon as they can!

  • I have a Healistic voucher code, how do I redeem it?

    You can redeem your voucher at the end of your order, during checkout, for applicable products and promotions within the T&Cs of the code itself.

    Below the order subtotal you will find the option ‘Apply Coupon’, where you can add your Healistic discount code. You can only apply one code at a time.

  • Can patients order prescriptions themselves directly?

    We do offer select prescription medications via the 'Prescriptions' tab on the app. You can find the relevant medication by selecting your symptoms and submitting a short questionnaire form. This is important as it provides the necessary context and detail our pharmacists will need in order to asses suitability of the prescription medication.

    The prescribing pharmacist may need to contact you to further confirm suitability or provide guidance for the medication and in some cases will guide you to a more suitable medication to treat your condition.
