Step‑by‑step guide

Step 1

Notification

You will receive a text message and email with a secure payment link once the modals has reviewed your prescription

Step 2

Payment

Once your prescription is paid for, we will process your order

Step 3

Delivery

We will deliver your order to you within 2 hours for Greater London¹ & within 24 hours for the rest of mainland UK²

Step 4

Confirmation

You will receive a 4-digit delivery confirmation code via text – you will be asked for this upon delivery

¹ Delivery within London: Within 2 hours - Monday-Friday 09:00-20:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00

² Delivery outside of London: Our cut off for next day delivery is 16:45 Monday-Sunday. Any prescription order payments after this time will be fulfilled by the modals the following day and take an extra working day to arrive.
